A GPS tracker, a beacon it can hear, or a phone running the free Traccar Client app sends its position.

Tracr receives it
Tracr decodes each report and keeps it against your device, with its speed, accuracy and battery level.

The latest position on a map, and the path it took, in your dashboard.

Your app hears about it
Each new position can be sent straight to your own software by webhook.

For developers
Building something that needs to know where things are? Tracr does the part nobody wants to: talking to the devices, decoding their reports and keeping the history. Your software gets a webhook for each new position, and a log of every delivery.
